Congratulations to Brandyn Whitaker as the recipient of the 2024 BRASS Student Travel Award! Brandyn is a Library Services Associate in the Workforce and Economic Development department at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and has been selected for his outstanding achievements and unwavering dedication to the field.
Every year, the BRASS Student Travel Award sponsored by SimplyAnalytics recognizes a standout individual showing keen interest in a career as a business reference librarian, and displaying the potential to become a future leader in the profession.
The award comprises a travel grant for attendance at the ALA Annual Conference and a one-year membership in the Business Reference and Services Section (BRASS) of RUSA.
